DELIVERY TIME
- Deliveries within Greece are made within 2-3 working days, with a shipping cost of €3.
For orders over €50, shipping is free. The courier company used is Elta Courier.
- Deliveries to Cyprus are made within 2-5 working days, with a shipping cost of €15.
For orders over €150, shipping is free. The courier company used is Elta Courier.
CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
We truly hope you love your Trouvaille jewelry! However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may exchange the product within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
Exchanges are accepted provided that the product has not been worn and is in its original condition and packaging. Refunds are not available (except in very specific cases). Instead, you may exchange the product for another item of equal or greater value.
Please contact us first via email at info@trouvaille.gr or by phone at (+30) 2671 301699 before proceeding with the exchange.
Once we confirm the exchange, we will send the new product via Elta Courier Porta-Porta. At the time of delivery, simply hand over the return parcel—including the product in its original packaging and the purchase receipt—directly to the courier.
The first exchange/return is free of charge. For any subsequent exchanges, there is a fee of €5. The exchange fee and any price difference for the new product will be calculated and charged upon delivery of the new parcel.
Important Notes:
The only courier service we collaborate with is Elta Courier Porta-Porta, using our recipient-paid shipping code. If you wish to use a different courier, you will be fully responsible for the shipping costs. If this procedure is not followed, we will refuse the package, and it will be returned to you.
Please note:
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Sale items cannot be returned.
We sincerely apologize if you receive your Trouvaille jewelry damaged. Should this occur, we are here to help in the best possible way. Please contact us at info@trouvaille.gr and attach photos of the damaged items. In such cases, we will send you a replacement product identical to your original order free of charge.
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please call us at (+30) 2671 301699, and we will assist you with the cancellation process.
